Bespoke Booths

What deposit is required for a photo booth...


All our Bespoke Booths require a 15% booking fee (deposit), the balance is then not due until 14 days before your event. These deposits are non-refundable and subject to our standard Terms & Condtions of service.




Can you set up early...


Our booths are big, and require some effort to build. When possible we try to set up ealier than your guests will arrive. There is no charge for these 'pre event' idle hours. However, if for example your booking finishes at 10pm and you dont want us to remove anything until midnight we would charge you for these 'post event' idle hours. These are charged at £25.00 per hour.




How much room do you need...


On each photo booth page of the website you will find the sizes of the booths. Its really really important you make sure you have room and that your venue know we are coming. Many people go for a Magic Mirror booth or similar based on size, but in actual fact by the time thats set up, with a backdrop and props table etc its the same size as ours, and sometime bigger.




What power do you require...


Not a lot at all really. A single mains power socket is fine, 2 is great. The booths use about 0.77 KWh if that helps.




How many hours is the booth running for...


As standard we run all our booths for 3 hours, however, you do have the option to add additional hours if you think you need them, but we can help advise you on this. The 3 hours is the booth in action, the set up and breakdown is always done on our time.




Who owns the pictures...


Box Photo Booths owns all copyright of the images taken and processed at events, but allows you licence to use them as you wish within reason.




How many prints do I get...


All of our photo booths produce 2 prints per visit, one for your guests and normally one for the guest book (which we also provide but you dont have to use). You and your guests can use the booth as much as you like for the hire period, with no limit on the prints produced. REMEMBER... All prints go in a protective sleeve, with simple instructions for your guests to download more for FREE.

General Info

How far in advance should we book a photo booth...


Our photo booths are one-offs and as such once they are booked thats it, you wont find them anywhwere else.
We take bookings as far as 18 months in advance, give or take a smidge!




What payment methods do you except...


Currently we except payments via BACS and these really old fashioned things called cheques. We are in the process of adding the ability to pay by card.




Are you insured...


Yes of course. We are not some pop up, weekend warriors. This is all we do, and we do it right. A copy of our current insurance, Health & Safety, Method Statement & PAT Certificates are available to download from the Contact us page of our website at anytime.




How far do you travel...


We cover Dorset (which is our home), Cornwall, Devon, Hampshire, London, Somerset, Surrey and Wiltshire as standard. We will go to Scotland if you like! Just keep in mind that the price will reflect the extra journey times.
