Hi all.

A quick blog post in regards to our cancellation policy due to the ongoing threat of Coronavirus.

With all the worry of possible cancellations/banning of large gatherings and events by the government the team at Box Photo Booths are MORE THAN HAPPY to transfer your date to another date if this is available.

If the government did decide to cancel/ban Events then your first port of call would be your insurance company to see if you are covered.

If the date is unavailable then we would follow the government guidelines regarding Refunds.

If you the client decide to cancel without the government guidelines then this would deem to be a normal cancellation and would come under our tcs and cs, however again we would be happy to transfer the date for you if we are available, if not then any monies paid will be lost.

Again if the venue simply decide to cancel without the government guidelines then you would be requested to either check with your insurance company to see if you are covered, if not then your next port of call would be to claim from the venue insurance as this again would be deemed a normal cancellation.

At the moment the team at Box Photo Booths are working as Normal and are keeping up to date with the Government guidelines and procedures.

Whilst this is a very worrying and distressing time for everyone involved in the wedding/entertainments industry and of course any client that has booked we can assure you we will do everything in our power to try and accommodate everyone.
