We are lucky enough to go to some fantastic venues across the South (and often beyond), but not too far from our Dorset base, was a gem of venue we had never had the pleasure of being to before. Please welcome, Harewood Forest.

Harewood Forest and the Fotoautomat
Harewood Forest is a vast, ancient oak woodland located on the outskirts of Andover in Hampshire. As the second-largest forest in Hampshire, it offers a peaceful retreat for hikers and is also home to an exclusive, bespoke woodland wedding and event venue and thats the part where we come in!
Our happy couple for this one were Ellie & Jim, localish folks who really looked the part for a venue as beautiful and rustic as this.
Now we have had to carry our photo booths into, over and around many things, crossed roads, climbed stairs and even a couple of times loaded onto a boat!
And due to a day of rain, the supppliers access almost needed a boat, or at the bare minimum some wellies, but nothing stops us, so on arrival we carried our heaviest photo booth, across some mud, around the outside catering, through a bar, across a room and into the perfect spot. Boom, no flies on us!
The Fotoautomat takes around an hour to set up and get everything ready, and by 7pm the guests could already smell fresh photos being printed. With the excitement building, we fired it up and, from that moment on, it barely had a chance to catch its breath. There was almost always someone inside the booth, with guests lining up throughout the evening to capture their own memories. From the first print to the last, the Fotoautomat was in constant demand and proved to be one of the most popular attractions of the night, aside from the Bride & Groom!
Some of the images from the night were absolutely fantastic, capturing so many memorable moments throughout the celebration. As always with this photo booth, the Black & White images add a timeless elegance and classic feel, giving each photograph a beautifully stylish look that never goes out of fashion.
So if you are after a venue thats relaxed, beautiful, charming and almost a touch magical, this could be the one for you. At the very least, take a look and add it to your maybe list.
And with that, another venue has been ticked, and Bride & Groom have been left with loads of memories and we now need to prep the booth for this weekend.
Our next stop is another new venue for us, Dishcombe House in Devon. And we always love a trip to Devon!
